Hypic Subscription Charged By Mistake On Google Play

On August 24, I accidentally confirmed a subscription in the Hypic app, and immediately after, ₺249.99 was charged to my card through Google Play. I want to stress that this was unintentional, and I have not used any of the services or content included in the subscription since the payment was made.
This is the first time something like this has happened to me, and it was entirely accidental. I should not be forced to pay for a service I never intended to purchase and have not used.
I am requesting that my subscription be canceled immediately and that the ₺249.99 payment be refunded to my account as soon as possible. Customers should have a clear and fair way to reverse accidental subscriptions without being penalized.
