Hypic Unauthorized Subscription Charge Without Account or Consent

Even though I never created an account or started any subscription with the Hypic application, an unauthorized charge of approximately $60 was deducted from my account. When I reviewed my transactions today, I noticed that this amount was charged on March 10 from my İş Bankası card, and I also received an email notification regarding this transaction.
This situation is highly concerning, as the subscription appears to have been initiated without my knowledge or approval. After noticing the charge, I immediately canceled the unwanted subscription. However, the fact that such a transaction could occur without my consent represents a serious security issue.
I request a full refund of the approximately $60 that was charged without my authorization. Additionally, I demand that any account or subscription created under my name be completely terminated, and that all my card details be permanently removed from your system.
This unauthorized transaction has caused financial and security concerns, and I expect this matter to be resolved promptly and without further delay.
