Hypic Charged Renewal Fee After Subscription Cancellation
Although I canceled my yearly Hypic Pro subscription on February 9, 2026, around 00:22, a renewal fee of approximately $60 was still charged to my Yapı Kredi card at the exact same date and time. Despite this charge, my subscription is currently not active, meaning I was billed for a renewal without receiving any service in return.
This charge was processed without any prior notification or my explicit consent, which has caused clear financial inconvenience. Being charged for a service that is not active or accessible is unacceptable and raises concerns about the platform’s billing practices.
I am requesting a full refund of the approximately $60 that was unfairly deducted from my card. Additionally, I expect a thorough investigation into this issue and appropriate measures to ensure that similar incidents do not occur in the future.
I kindly ask the company to contact me as soon as possible and provide clear information regarding the refund process.
