Hypic App Charged Without My Consent Despite No Active Subscription

On Saturday, May 31st at 4:30 PM, I noticed an unauthorized charge from the Hypic app on my account. I have never subscribed to any Pro or premium service within the app, and yet, money was withdrawn from my balance without any approval, warning, or notification. I didn’t receive any confirmation email, app alert, or billing explanation — the transaction happened without my knowledge or consent.
I demand an immediate refund of the amount charged. I never activated any paid plan, and this unauthorized charge is unacceptable. It’s extremely frustrating and concerning that an app can access my funds without clear authorization.
Hypic must urgently resolve this issue, stop these unauthorized deductions, and ensure that no further charges are made. I expect a prompt response and full reimbursement of the withdrawn amount. This situation needs to be addressed transparently to prevent further unauthorized billing for other users as well.
