On March 14, 2025, an amount of ₹9,900 was deducted from my account through the Google Play Store for a Hypic subscription that I did not authorize and never subscribed to. I did not knowingly start any trial or paid plan with Hypic, yet the payment was processed and charged to my card ending in 0779.
I have attempted to contact support regarding this unauthorized transaction, but so far I have not received any response or resolution.
I request a full refund of the ₹9,900 that was taken without my permission and the immediate cancellation of any Hypic subscription or recurring payment linked to my Google Play account and my card ending in 0779, so that I am not charged again in the future.
