Hypic Charged Me $9 for a Premium I Never Approved

I had been using the Hypic app for free for a long time. The only payment I made within the app was a one-time payment of $2. Aside from that, I noticed that $9 was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank account on Sunday, May 10, without any approval or knowledge on my part. I was using the app for free, and I don't recall ever approving any Premium membership. Despite that, $9 was withdrawn from my account as if I had purchased a Premium membership. I have the date, time, and receipt information for this transaction. I'm requesting that Hypic cancel this unauthorized, non-consented $9 withdrawal and refund the amount back to my Ziraat Bank account.
