Unable to Reach Hotels.com, Lost ₺7,000 Due to Lack of Support
I am really frustrated with Hotels.com. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn’t reach their customer service to resolve an issue with my reservation. This lack of support resulted in losing my ₺7,000 payment.
I couldn’t modify the reservation dates or cancel the booking because there was no way to connect with anyone at Hotels.com for assistance. Their negligence has cost me a significant amount of money, and their complete lack of communication is unacceptable.
I will be filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Rights Committee. A company this large should prioritize customer support and ensure issues like mine are resolved promptly. I demand immediate action to address this matter and recover my lost funds.
