I Canceled My Hotels.com Booking by Mistake and Can’t Get My Refund Back

I booked a hotel through Hotels.com but quickly realized I had made a mistake and immediately canceled the reservation. Since the payment was still in authorization (provizyon) status on my card, I thought fixing this would be easy. But when I called both my bank and the hotel, they told me the refund couldn't be processed and that there was nothing they could do.
I explained that the cancellation was accidental and that I acted quickly to correct it, but no one was willing to help. I’m now stuck without a refund and no reservation, even though I acted in good faith and right away.
Hotels.com, I need urgent support on this. I request a full refund of the ₺ amount held or for the reservation to be reinstated. This situation is extremely frustrating, and it’s unacceptable to leave customers with no resolution over a simple mistake.
