HoI Can’t Get My Refund from Hotels.com After Canceling My Reservation

I canceled my hotel reservation on Hotels.com a long time ago, but I still haven’t received my refund. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. There’s no phone number to call, no live chat, and no proper way to follow up. I never received a confirmation email regarding my refund either—only a message stating, “Your reservation has been canceled, but we cannot issue a refund.”

That is absolutely unacceptable. A no-refund policy after cancellation is not stated anywhere on their platform and should not exist. My reservation number is 73179078685232, and if my refund is not processed immediately, I will escalate this issue to CİMER and Consumer Rights authorities in my country.

I’ve already begun documenting the situation to take legal action and will file a formal complaint. Additionally, I plan to expose this publicly on my high-follower social media accounts to prevent others from experiencing the same issue. I demand Hotels.com honor their responsibility and issue my refund without any further delay.
