I Canceled My Hotels.com Booking But Still Haven’t Received My Refund

On March 24, 2025, I made a reservation through Hotels.com for a hotel in Eskişehir. Due to an unexpected situation, I had to cancel the booking the next day, on March 25. It’s now been several days, and I still haven’t received my refund.

To make things worse, none of the contact numbers listed by Hotels.com work. I’ve also submitted multiple messages through the “Leave Feedback” section on their site, but no one has responded. It’s frustrating, especially since we’re so close to the holiday period and I urgently need that money back.

Hotels.com, this is completely unacceptable. I followed your cancellation policy, and now you’re leaving me without a refund and without support. I demand my ₺ refund to be processed immediately and expect someone from your team to contact me directly. Don’t leave your customers hanging when they need help most.
