Hotels.com Charged My Card Without Confirmation

17On March 4, 2025, I attempted to book a hotel for July through Hotels.com. I entered my credit card details just to check the installment payment options, but instead of showing the options, Hotels.com immediately charged my card in full without any confirmation.
Shocked by this, I instantly canceled the reservation, expecting a full refund, but then I saw a message stating that the payment is non-refundable. In just five minutes, I lost ₺115,000, and now I am unable to contact anyone for assistance.
This is completely unacceptable. I need urgent help to get my money refunded. Hotels.com must fix this issue immediately and provide a way for customers to reach real support when facing such critical problems!
