I was overcharged by approximately ₺700 for my booking, despite the receipt clearly showing the correct amount in TL. However, when the payment was processed, a different, higher amount was charged to my card. This is completely unacceptable!
Hotels.com needs to immediately refund the excess amount, or I will never use this platform again. I have already reached out, but there has been no resolution. If this is not resolved promptly, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Rights Court. Customers should not have to fight to get their money back after being wrongly charged!
Hotels.com, fix this now and refund the overcharge before I escalate this further!
