I am using a Samsung Galaxy S8, and for about one month, I have been experiencing a serious issue with my phone. After performing a factory reset, the device fails to complete the setup process, which prevents me from using the phone properly. The problem started immediately after the reset and has continued ever since.
I contacted Samsung technical support regarding this issue, but they were unable to resolve the problem or restore the device to working condition after the reset. Despite their inspection, I still cannot complete the setup process, and my phone remains unusable.
I kindly request that the Galaxy S8 software be properly reinstalled and that my phone be made fully functional again as soon as possible.
