I am trying to create a Payoneer account from Nigeria, but I am unable to complete the verification process. This problem has been ongoing since around 09/12/2025. The issue occurs both when I try to sign up directly and when I am redirected during the Fiverr sign‑up process. When I use my own phone, I get stuck on the puzzle step, and the system does not move to the next stage after I complete it. When I try using my mother’s phone, it sometimes proceeds to the next step and asks for a verification code, but when I click on “send code,” no code is sent at all. I have tried using different browsers and different attempts to create or verify the account, but the result is always the same, so I cannot move forward with the registration. Because of this, I have not even reached the stage of linking a card or bank account. I kindly request that you either manually verify my account or fix whatever is preventing the verification code from being sent to my number and blocking me at the puzzle step, so that I can successfully complete my Payoneer registration and start using the service.
