If Green Motion took money out of your account without your permission, contact their customer service right away at [email protected] or by calling +44 (0) 2071864000.

Clearly describe the problem and give specifics like the number of your rental agreement and the amount of the unauthorised transaction.

If they don't fix the problem, take it to the next level by disputing the charge with your bank or credit card company. Include any proof that backs up what you're saying.
