I Rented a Car from Greenmotion but Still Haven’t Received My Deposit Refund

I rented a car from Greenmotion between July 14 and July 18, 2025. I returned the vehicle on time, in perfect condition, with no damages or delays. Despite fulfilling every requirement, I have yet to receive my deposit refund. It’s been days since the rental period ended, and I’m still waiting for the amount to be credited back to my card.

When I contacted Greenmotion’s customer service, the only response I received was to “wait.” No explanation, no estimated refund date, and no reason for the delay were given. This lack of clarity and accountability is incredibly frustrating. A security deposit taken via credit card should not take this long to be refunded, especially when there are no disputes or damages involved.

The company’s vague and indifferent attitude severely damages trust. Their customer service does nothing but deflect the issue instead of following up. I demand that Greenmotion immediately process my deposit refund and offer compensation for the inconvenience and delay. This situation must be resolved without any further excuses.
