Green Motion Zurich Charged Me $1600 for a Tiny Scratch - Avoid!!

Caution!!! I rented a car with Green Motion's Zurich office through CarJet including Platinum Insurance on February 20th 2025. I returned the car on 23rd and the guy in charge said everything seemed ok. However, a couple of hours later I received a message from the same guy saying there was a scratch (barely visible, please see attached photo) on the rear-bumper. I obviously objected as there was no accident, collision whatsoever during the rental period. But five days later I was abruptly charged almost $1600 for that very tiny scratch that I firmly believe that I am 100 percent not responsible for. On top of that there is another charge of 1019 Swiss Franks pending for which I have ben given no explanation so far. I am still waiting a response to my mails from Green Motion managment as well as CarJet's insurance company. I wanted to share my experience with Green Motion Zurich, especially after reading many reviews here that echoed the same issues I faced, with some even suggesting questionable practices.
