My Telegram Account Was Hacked And I Cannot Log In

I live in India and my Telegram account linked to the phone number +9190003579** has been hacked. On 4 November 2026 I noticed that messages were being sent from my account to my contacts without my permission. After this incident I tried to log in to Telegram, but I am not receiving the SMS verification code, so I cannot access my account. When I attempt to log in, Telegram asks me to verify an email address that does not belong to me. This clearly indicates that an unknown and unauthorized email address has been added to my account and that there are likely active unauthorized sessions. I request that my account be urgently secured, all unauthorized sessions be terminated, and the unknown email address associated with my account be removed. I also ask that access to my account be restored to me using my original phone number, and that any suspicious activity from my account be investigated and blocked so that no further harm is caused to my contacts or to me.
