Bosch Refuses to Fix Spotless Robot Vacuum Mapping Problem
The Bosch Spotless robot vacuum cleaner I purchased has failed to map my home properly since the very beginning. Because of this persistent problem, I requested technical service. However, the technicians who visited failed to provide any solution and simply told me, "We will call you," before leaving. Nobody ever contacted me afterward.
When I called customer service, I discovered that an appointment had been scheduled without even confirming it with me. To make matters worse, the service team failed to show up for that appointment and subsequently postponed it three times without any reasonable explanation.
Despite calling Bosch's customer service number, 444 6 333, numerous times and having multiple complaints registered, I was eventually told during my last call that "there is no complaint registered in the system." This is completely unacceptable.
Bosch may have a corporate reputation, but its after-sales service gives the impression that customer satisfaction matters only until a sale is completed. Once customers encounter a problem, they are left without proper assistance or communication. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will not recommend Bosch to anyone or purchase even the smallest product from the company again.
I demand that Bosch immediately and permanently resolve the mapping problem with my Spotless robot vacuum cleaner. If the issue cannot be fixed, I expect the product to be replaced or my full purchase price to be refunded without further delay.
I also want to make it clear that if I cannot obtain a satisfactory resolution through this complaint, I will pursue legal action to protect my consumer rights. I expect Bosch to take responsibility for this situation and provide a concrete solution rather than making further empty promises.
