Unlawful Charges and Poor Service Experience With Green Motion

I rented a car from Green Motion for one month, and on the day I went to return the vehicle, there was a small scratch on the bumper that they showed me. I said there was nothing to do about it and agreed to cover the cost. Later, when I went to their office, I asked when the pre-authorization amount would be refunded. They told me no pre-authorization had been taken. I said I had paid ₺2500 as a pre-authorization fee, but they said it was a service fee. What service exactly did I receive from you? Did you deliver the car to my doorstep for me to have used this so-called service? Moreover, the car was handed over to me with the fuel light on (almost empty), and no information was given to me about the fuel policy. Apparently, I returned it one level below their expectations, and they are deducting the cost for that too. No information about the fuel policy was provided. Additionally, when I received the car, the tires were in terrible condition, almost like Formula 1 tires. Although there were no punctures or visible damages, the tire pressure was 17 bar. I inflated it myself and continued driving, but the tire deflated completely the next day. The vehicle did not even have a spare tire, and I had to get one from another car. This has caused additional costs and inconvenience for me. I had to travel from Büyükçekmece to Yenibosna because of your company’s negligence. I request that the fuel cost for that journey be deducted, and I will only pay for the small scratch I caused and the travel expenses incurred. As for the so-called service fee, which I believe is an unlawful charge, I expect it to be refunded along with the remaining amount to my bank account (IBAN).

Dear Green Motion, during the rental process, an amount of ₺2500 was taken from me as a pre-authorization. Once my rental period ended, I asked when this pre-authorization would be refunded. However, I was informed that it was considered a “service fee” and that it could not be returned. Later, I was sent signed documents claiming I agreed to this fee, but I do not recall signing any such document. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter, as I believe this charge is not justified. Looking forward to your prompt response.
