Green Motion Keeps Demanding Money After My Rental Ended

About 10 months ago, I rented a Renault Clio from the Green Motion branch in Yenibosna, Istanbul. Ever since the rental ended, I have continued to receive requests every two or three months to transfer small amounts of money, usually around $1–2, by bank transfer. This has become an ongoing issue that never seems to end, and I am increasingly frustrated by these repeated payment demands.

Whenever I ask what these charges are for, I am simply told that they are related to my rental. However, I have never been given a clear explanation, invoice, or any supporting documentation. No official records are provided to justify the charges. Instead, I am repeatedly told that I "have to pay" without any evidence showing why the money is owed.

When I refuse to make these payments, I am threatened with legal action. Being repeatedly asked to send money without documentation, receiving no clear explanation of the alleged debt, and being spoken to in a threatening manner has made me deeply regret renting a vehicle from the Green Motion Yenibosna branch.

If there is a legitimate outstanding balance related to my rental, I request a detailed, itemized invoice and supporting documentation explaining exactly what is owed. If the charges are incorrect or unsupported, I request that they be canceled immediately. I also ask Green Motion to stop making repeated undocumented payment demands and to end the threatening approach that has caused me significant distress.
