Green Motion Charged Me an Undisclosed Fee at Pickup
While picking up a rental vehicle from the Green Motion Istanbul Airport AVM branch last week, I was treated with an extremely rude and disrespectful attitude. The staff were not only unhelpful, but their communication with me was dismissive, unprofessional, and offensive throughout the pickup process. Individuals who identified themselves as company representatives also spoke to me in a disrespectful manner that went well beyond acceptable customer service standards.
In addition, an extra charge of approximately $17 was taken from my debit card without being clearly disclosed or explained in advance. I was never informed that I would be charged this fee, and no clear explanation was provided regarding its purpose. It was not disclosed during the booking process or explained in a way that allowed me to make an informed decision.
When I tried to discuss the issue with the branch staff and customer service representatives, they prolonged the process instead of resolving it and failed to provide a clear explanation. During these interactions, I also witnessed disrespectful and profane language among the staff, which made the experience even more upsetting. As a customer, I feel that I was treated unfairly both financially and personally.
I request that the approximately $17 charge, which I believe was applied unfairly, be canceled and refunded immediately. I also ask Green Motion to investigate the conduct of the staff and the individuals who identified themselves as company representatives, take appropriate disciplinary action where necessary, and implement measures to ensure that other customers are treated with professionalism and respect.
