On 14.07.2025, I made the unfortunate mistake of renting a car from the Dalaman branch of Green Motion. I was honest and mentioned that there was minor damage to the exhaust, but without my permission, they deducted ₺26,000 from my credit card and withheld my deposit. Then, they sent me four consecutive invoices for ₺75,000, ₺38,000, ₺53,000, and ₺92,000. Despite having insurance for the vehicle, which should have covered ₺14,000, they claimed it wasn’t covered. This company appears to be more focused on exploiting customers and making unjustified profits. I’ve already taken this issue to the Prosecutor’s Office, and if there is no further action, I’ll pursue the matter legally. I’ve been monitoring the situation through UYAP for months due to the irregular invoices they've been issuing. I absolutely do not recommend this company—avoid them at all costs. They’ve been giving false promises for months, pretending to resolve the issue, and shifting the blame to the central office while claiming it was the Dalaman branch that made the deduction.
