Green Motion Kept My Deposit and Charged My Card Again

I rented a vehicle from the Green Motion Yenibosna branch for the period of June 17–19. During the rental process, I was asked to pay the security deposit in cash. When I explained that I did not have cash with me, I was given a bank account (IBAN) and transferred approximately $85 by bank transfer. I specifically wrote "security deposit" in the payment description. Despite this, the company later claimed that I had never made the deposit. Even though I also paid the rental fee and the optional insurance, I was told that neither payment had been made.

I requested that any legitimate charges, such as tolls (HGS), be deducted from the security deposit and that the remaining balance be refunded to me. However, no refund was ever issued. Even worse, on June 23, I discovered that an additional approximately $85 had been charged to my credit card without my knowledge or authorization. I was never notified about this charge, and my original security deposit was never returned.

I request the immediate and full refund of the remaining balance of my security deposit, after deducting any legitimate charges such as tolls, as well as a full refund of the approximately $85 that was charged to my credit card without my authorization. I also ask Green Motion to provide a detailed written statement explaining both transactions and the basis for the unauthorized charge.
