Green Motion Deposit Debacle and Unwanted Charges

I visited the Kadıköy branch of Greenmotion to rent a car, with the intention of renting it for 2 days. I had never rented through Yolcu360 before. Everything appeared to be in order, but they had charged the customer before me twice for a deposit on their credit card. They were requesting the deposit fee through email. The individual contacted the bank, however, the obstacle could not be resolved. I had given my credit card for the deposit, and now my card was in the same predicament. My credit card couldn't be charged, which meant I couldn't rent the car and it completely messed up all my plans.

The car I had booked was an Opel Corsa 1.2. I'm not sure if it was due to the promotional offer, but they had a Renault Clio 0.9 available, which was a different car. Even though they agreed to everything, they suddenly insisted on an extra charge. I believe it is unfair to ask for additional fees in the event of possible accidents. I kindly ask for a timely response and solution.
