Green Motion Didn't Provide My Rental but Still Charged ₺7,266

Hello, I'm reaching out to share my frustration regarding the reservation I booked on your website for the dates of September 7-14, 2024. Sadly, the car rental with Green Motion fell through because of some problems on their end. I've tried multiple times to sort this out, but the reservation fee of ₺7,266 was still taken from my credit card, even though I never actually rented the car. Please process the refund at your earliest convenience. If this issue isn't resolved quickly, I'll have to consider taking legal steps to get my money back. I'm confident this problem will get sorted out in no time.
