Green Motion Sent Me a Bill Without Any Supporting Documents
Today, I received a text message from Green Motion stating that I have an outstanding balance of approximately $3 related to rental RNT-613428. The message says I must pay this amount within seven days or legal action will be taken against me. However, I have not rented a vehicle from Green Motion for a long time.
The only time I rented a vehicle from Green Motion was from the Bursa Nilüfer location during the summer of 2025. The SMS provides no explanation of what the approximately $3 charge is for and includes no invoice, contract, or supporting documentation. Before I can determine whether this debt actually belongs to me, I believe Green Motion should clearly explain what transaction it relates to and provide the relevant records.
After receiving the message, I tried contacting customer service, but I was unable to reach anyone or obtain any information. Receiving legal threats over an unexplained charge that is unsupported by any documentation is both disturbing and damaging to my trust in the company.
I request that Green Motion provide official documentation clearly explaining the basis of this approximately $3 charge. If the company cannot provide a valid justification, I ask that the alleged debt be canceled immediately and that any threats of legal action against me be withdrawn.
