Begin by checking your booking in GoToGate's "My Bookings," then utilize the Contact Us option to reach assistance via chat or phone and request a written status with dates.
Reference GoToGate's policy states that refunds are issued around 6 days after the money is received from the airline.
If your flight was canceled or severely modified, exercise your legal entitlement to a cash refund from the airline (not a voucher).
Regulation 261/2004 governs this in the EU/UK, but the DOT in the United States demands fast returns, with new laws demanding automated refunds in many circumstances.
Ask the airline to confirm in writing when cash were delivered to GoToGate, and then include that documentation in your ticket to receive the payout.
If GoToGate remains unresponsive, file a complaint with Xolvie to resolve the issue.
