Gotogate Voucher Stopped Working After Partial Use

After my reservation with Gotogate, booking number 1101-270-349, was canceled, I was issued a voucher worth 90% of the ticket price, with code RAYG2DN5PD and a total value of approximately $386. The voucher's expiration date was stated as January 15, 2027.

I later used this voucher for a reservation and spent approximately $102 of it. I then wanted to use the remaining balance for another reservation through Gotogate. However, when I tried to use the voucher, the system would not accept it and displayed the message, “There are no usages left for this coupon code,” indicating that there was no remaining balance. This is despite the fact that I only used part of the voucher value and its expiration date has not yet passed.

I request that the remaining balance of the voucher be made available for use after the partial redemption, and that the voucher be reactivated so I can use the remaining amount after deducting the portion already spent from the original $386 balance. Otherwise, I request that the unused balance be refunded to me.
