Gotogate Not İnitiating Flight Credit Request To Qantas
I purchased a Wellington (WLG) to Melbourne (MEL) flight ticket for 29 December 2025 through Gotogate in June 2025. Due to a medical reason, I was unable to travel, and according to Qantas, my booking is eligible for a flight credit. Gotogate, however, is refusing to initiate or process the flight credit request. They insist that I must get written confirmation from Qantas, while Qantas has already updated the eligibility for flight credit on their side but states they cannot send me an email. When I inform Gotogate of this, they say they do not see any update in their system and therefore do nothing. As a result, I am left in the dark between the airline and the agency and feel harassed by this back-and-forth. My Gotogate booking reference is DFLGY3. I request that Gotogate immediately initiate and complete the flight credit request with Qantas on my behalf, or otherwise provide an equivalent solution so that I do not lose the value of my ticket due to a situation that is eligible for credit.
