Gotogate Refund Delayed After Cancelled Pegasus Flight

I am writing about my Pegasus Airlines flight from Antalya to London Stansted, booked through Gotogate. The flight details are Pegasus flight PC 1819 on 10 May 2026, with PNR number 1TKFLN. This flight was cancelled. On 17 April 2026 I requested a refund through Gotogate. It is clearly stated that the refund process should take about 15 days, yet despite this, I still have not received my money back. I have contacted Gotogate customer service and was only told “sorry, you need to wait more,” without any clear explanation or concrete solution. I find it unacceptable that the refund has been delayed far beyond the stated timeframe, especially considering that the flight was cancelled and the service was not provided. I kindly request that Gotogate immediately processes and completes the full refund for this cancelled Pegasus flight and confirms the refund date and amount in writing without any further delay.
