Gotogate Won't Refund My Ticket Despite the Airline Cancelling the Flight

I made a flight ticket reservation through Gotogate on 04/12/2026, paying a total of $803. Under this reservation, my flights were scheduled with Turkish Airlines: an Aleppo–Amsterdam flight on 06/14/2026 and an Amsterdam–Aleppo flight on 05/25/2026. My order number is 1123-525-098.
Even though the airline cancelled the flights, Gotogate has not refunded my ticket fare in any way. Despite contacting them repeatedly, I received evasive, vague, and unsatisfactory answers every time; no concrete action has been taken, and the process has not been handled transparently.
I am requesting that the $803 I paid be refunded to me immediately and in full. Due to the indifference and irresponsible attitude of customer service, I have absolutely no trust in this company and specifically recommend that no one do business with them. I want my situation resolved urgently and my refund process finalized without delay.
