I purchased a ticket through GotoGate for a Pegasus Airlines flight from Kayseri to Riyadh for a total of SAR 2,900. Due to a cancellation, I requested a refund on 13 March 2026, and on 23 March 2026, I received only SAR 53 back to my account, which is approximately 2% of the total amount I paid. GotoGate informed me that I would receive the pending refund amount, but since then, I have neither received any additional refund nor any clear response. My GotoGate booking reference is 1102-456-163. The current situation is unacceptable because the refunded amount does not reflect the cost of the ticket I purchased, nor the expectations set when I was told that the remaining amount would be processed. I kindly request that the remaining refund for my ticket be paid to me as soon as possible. Based on the circumstances, I expect to receive at least 70% of the original amount I paid, and I also expect a clear written explanation of how the refund was calculated and why only SAR 53 was initially refunded.
