Gotogate Refused My Flight Date Change Despite Available Seats

I purchased a ticket from Gotogate and paid approximately $245. I also purchased an additional insurance policy from them for about $14 in case I needed to change the date or cancel the ticket.

Ten days before the flight, I wanted to move my flight two days earlier, on a date when there were dozens of tickets available for the same airline on both the airline's website and Gotogate's website. However, they told me that there were no available flights.

For the ticket I had purchased for approximately $245, they offered me a $82 voucher instead.

After doing some research online, I found thousands of complaints from other customers about this company. Please be extremely careful when purchasing tickets from this company. I requested a receipt for the amount they unfairly deducted from me, but they could not even provide me with a receipt.
