I purchased Air Seychelles tickets to Mauritius through Gotogate for a total of 1798 PLN, with the flight scheduled for 14 March 2026. Due to the war situation in the Persian Gulf, I was not able to reach Mauritius and could not use my flight. I contacted the airline directly about a refund, and Air Seychelles confirmed that they sent my refund to Gotogate on 23 March 2026. Despite this, I have still not received the money back from Gotogate. My booking references are 1112-669-836 and DZZJLZ, and I made the purchase from Poland via bank transfer. I request that my refund of 1798 PLN, which Air Seychelles has already forwarded to Gotogate, be processed and paid back to me without any further delay, and that I be informed in writing once the refund has been completed.
