Gotogate Fails to Refund $2,813 After Flight Cancellation Due to War

We purchased round-trip flight tickets through Gotogate with SunExpress for travel to Dubai, departing on March 19, 2026, and returning on March 23, 2026. We bought the tickets in February and paid a total of $2,813 using my credit card. However, despite the flights being canceled due to the war, the amount charged to my card has not been refunded.
Regarding this issue, we first contacted SunExpress, and they stated that the problem related to the cancellation is not caused by the airline but must be handled by the intermediary company, Gotogate. After that, we tried to reach Gotogate through their website, but communication was very difficult due to language barriers. We also sent emails requesting a refund, but to date, we have not received any concrete response, explanation, or refund.
I am experiencing hardship because the $2,813 paid for the canceled flights has still not been returned, even though the tickets could not be used due to the war and no service was received. I request that Gotogate refund the full amount charged to my credit card as soon as possible.

Even after months have passed, they still haven't refunded the GO to gate fee of 90,000 TL; a company can't be this disgraceful.
