Gotogate Charged $1,048 Instead of the Displayed $1,011
On September 6, 2026, I made a flight reservation through Gotogate under order number 1154082724. During the purchase process, the total price displayed in the system was $1,011, but after payment, my Yapı Kredi credit card was charged $1,048 in a single transaction. There is a clear difference between the amount I approved and the amount charged to my card, and I did not authorize this price difference in any way.
The price clearly shown in the screenshots does not match the amount stated on the receipt or the amount charged to my credit card. This situation is both concerning and financially detrimental to me as a customer.
Therefore, I request that the flight associated with reservation number 1154082724 be canceled in full without any deduction or cancellation fee being charged to me, and that any amount overcharged be fully refunded to my card.
