Gotogate Closes My Support Channel After 95 Days of Waiting for a Refund

Through the Gotogate travel agency, I purchased flights with Qatar Airways: a March 17th Bali–Istanbul departure and a May 12th Istanbul–Bali return, connecting through Doha. I paid a total of $1,148 by credit card. My Gotogate flight number is 1115-651-381, and my reservation number is YN9NC.
When my March 17th Bali–Istanbul departure flight was cancelled on March 12th due to the war, I contacted the Gotogate agency that same day and requested that my return flight also be cancelled and that my full ticket cost be refunded. On March 12th, I received a response confirming my request had been approved, with information sent by email stating the refund would be processed within 10–15 days. However, even after 40 days had passed with no refund reflected in my account, when I contacted Gotogate again, I received an extremely dismissive response telling me I still needed to wait and shouldn't write to them again.
After a total of 60 days, I received another email this time stating that my return ticket had also been cancelled and that a refund would be processed within 7 days. When I tried to reach out to Gotogate again to clarify the situation, I found that the messaging channel I had been using to communicate with them in the system had been closed, and from that point on, I was completely unable to find anyone to respond to me. Qatar Airways, for its part, redirected all responsibility to the agency, stating that I needed to deal directly with Gotogate, the company I had purchased the ticket through, rather than with them.
As of today, 95 days have passed since the initial cancellation on March 12th, and I still haven't received a single cent in refund. Being kept waiting for 95 days on something as straightforward and reasonable as a payment refund, combined with the companies' failure to provide transparent and accessible customer service, clearly demonstrates how inadequate and unserious the service quality of both Gotogate and Qatar Airways is. Even though their emails say "thank you for your understanding," understanding is only warranted for reasonable timeframes and reasonable processes — waiting 95 days for a refund is not acceptable.
I am requesting that Gotogate and Qatar Airways immediately refund the full ticket cost of $1,148 for my cancelled March 17th departure and May 12th return flights to my credit card, without any deductions, and that the process be explained to me clearly and in writing.
