Gotogate Refunded Only Part Of My Cancelled Flight Payment, Request Full Refund

I purchased a return flight ticket from Berlin to Caracas and back through Gotogate for a total of 1.825,00 EUR, with reservation number 1129-626-139, issued in the name of Jonathan Alejandro Peraza Hernandez. On 26/06, the airline TAP Portugal cancelled my flight and processed a full refund of 1.825,00 EUR to Gotogate. However, on 26/07, Gotogate transferred only 803,36 EUR to my account, which is clearly stated on the Cancellation Specification Certificate they issued. According to this document, the total amount paid was 1.825,00 EUR and only 803,36 EUR was refunded to me. Gotogate has refunded only a portion of my flight fees. TAP Air Portugal has already confirmed to me that it has opened official case 2026-0001216766 to provide me with proof of the full payment made to the agency. Gotogate is refusing to send me the remaining part of the refund, even though the airline has refunded the full amount. I am still missing 1.022 EUR from the original payment. I request that Gotogate immediately pays me the outstanding 1.022 EUR that is still due from the original 1.825,00 EUR I paid for the Berlin–Caracas ticket and provides a clear breakdown of the transfer they received from TAP Air Portugal.
