Ice-Cold Pizza & Horrible Service at Getir

It's been two hours since I ordered on Getir. When I looked at the app, it said the order was dropped off. I asked for a refund, but they ignored me and still delivered the pizza. I grabbed a quick snack, but it was ice cold. I reached out to live support and had a chat with E***. I told them to get in touch with me today regarding the problem and let them know I won't be around tomorrow. They didn't call that day; instead, they called the next morning while I was at school (so my phone was on silent). They had to cancel my request because they couldn't get in touch with me, even though I didn't agree to it. They said the product wasn't stored correctly when I called to ask about it. Yeah, it was stored correctly. I got two pizzas; if one wasn't stored correctly, the other one was. It's all your fault, and your customer service is terrible. I even made a recording of my own chat with them to prove them wrong. Either refund me or I'll take legal action on Monday through the municipality or consumer protection agencies.
