Papa John’s Customer Service Hung Up on Me After My Order Was Canceled
Today, I ordered a pizza from Papa John’s via the Getir app, but my experience was extremely disappointing. My order was not delivered for nearly an hour, and then I received a notification that it had been canceled through the app. Since the order was canceled, I can no longer see the order number.
The payment was completed, and I was told that a refund will be issued, which I am currently waiting for. I contacted both Papa John’s and Getir customer service regarding the issue. However, the Papa John’s representative insulted me and hung up the phone, which is completely unacceptable.
I demand that my issue be resolved immediately, that I receive an official apology from Papa John’s for the inappropriate behavior, and that my payment be refunded as soon as possible.
