I paid for my order on Getir, waited in the cold on the seaside at 8:56 PM, and my order was canceled while I was waiting at the delivery point. My money hasn't been refunded. The courier was already nearby, but he left without checking his surroundings or talking to me, leaving me stranded. Customer service, specifically Rabia, claims they tried to call twice but couldn't reach me. Twice? Also, they say they attempted to call intermittently, but Rabia stated it's against procedure to call consecutively. This information is recorded. I wasn't called intermittently. Within the same minute, my order was canceled hastily with minimal attempts to reach me while I was waiting outside in the cold with another person at the delivery address. The cancellation is sourced from Getir, and the courier, without even looking around, left me stranded in the cold for 20 minutes without acknowledging my presence. If my refund is not processed within the day, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Taking payment for an undelivered item is illegal. Getir must adhere to the law.
