Temu Courier Didn’t Attempt Delivery but Marked Package Undeliverable

I placed an order on Temu with the order number 6121225950028 / PO-098-03526658391671138. Temu informed me by SMS that my parcel would be delivered today, so I stayed at home and waited for the delivery. Despite this, the status was later updated as if the receiver was not at home. This information is not true, because I was at home all day specifically to receive this parcel, and no one rang the bell or tried to contact me. I request that my parcel be delivered to my address immediately and that Temu ensure the courier correctly attempts delivery, instead of marking it as “receiver not at home” when I am actually available.
