Getir Order from Little Caesars Not Delivered, No Refund Confirmation

I ordered two medium pizzas from Little Caesars through Getir, but they never arrived. The restaurant had already closed, yet after some time, the system showed that the order was "delivered," which wasn’t true. When I contacted live support, they told me to check my doorstep or wait, but there was nothing outside. I requested a refund, and the support agent said they were creating a refund request, but I haven't received any confirmation. I’m left wondering whether my request was actually processed. Can someone please look into my refund request and resolve this issue promptly? I expect Getir to handle this situation responsibly.
