"I have been a user who regularly plays on the Holiganbet site, investing large amounts, for about 4–5 years. Despite investing between 50,000 and 100,000 TL per month, my birthday bonus was unjustly denied this year. While I was granted a 10,000 TL birthday bonus last year, this year my request was rejected with the statement “Bonus removed”. I requested my birthday bonus on December 10, and they called me saying the bonus would be given if I withdrew my complaint. However, they neither credited the promised bonus nor provided a clear explanation. Giving bonuses to the people they want while telling me “Bonus removed” is an extremely unreliable and contradictory approach. As a user who has deposited substantial amounts on this site for years, I want an explicit and transparent explanation why the birthday bonus I am requesting this year—between 15,000 and 20,000 TL—was not granted, and I want the bonus I believe I deserve to be credited. Because the promises made during this process have not been kept, I have completely lost trust in Holiganbet and I demand that this grievance be resolved."
