Late Delivery, No Accountability - Domino's Pizza


On Getir, I placed an order for two pizzas from Domino’s at 12:58 PM. By 2:30 PM, the order still hadn’t been delivered. Then I received a call from someone at Domino’s who claimed the order was already delivered. I told them it clearly wasn’t, and only then did they offer to send a new one. When I mentioned that I would file a complaint on Şikayetvar, they casually replied, “Is that really necessary? I already explained the situation.”
This is completely unacceptable. I waited over an hour and a half for food that never showed up, and instead of an apology or urgency, I got indifference. I also messaged Getir multiple times, and their app kept responding with “We cannot reach Domino’s.”
Clearly, there’s a communication breakdown between Domino’s and Getir, and the customer is left in the dark. No one seems to know what’s going on or takes responsibility. I expect either a proper delivery or a full refund — and better coordination between these services moving forward.
