Pizza Hut Hours of Waiting, and Unresolved Refund

On September 3, 2023, I ordered pizza from the Pizza Hut Tuzla Aydntepe location via Getir delivery. I had to wait 1.5 hours for my pizza to arrive. During this time, I contacted the restaurant twice using Getir's service, and both times, they assured me that my order was being prepared and would be delivered soon. Finally, I had to get in touch with Getir in order to cancel my order. Despite the fact that I canceled it, the Getir app now shows my order as "delivered." Since last night, Pizza Hut and Getir have been wasting my time. You're not refunding my money and you're not respecting my time. If I do not receive a refund, I intend to exercise all of my legal options.
