Gameplus Unauthorized Charge Complaint

On 23.11.2025, a charge of $17 was withdrawn from my Gameplus account without my knowledge or approval. I used to have a Gameplus account, but I no longer actively use it, and I did not give any authorization or payment instruction on that date.

After this happened, I first tried to contact Gameplus by email, but my message could not be delivered. Then I attempted to create a support request through their website, but that also did not work. Finally, I called by phone, yet my issue was not resolved and I received no assistance regarding the unauthorized charge.

I request a full refund of the $17 taken without my consent, immediate cancellation of my current subscription, complete deletion of all stored card information from their system, and—if possible—the closure of my account. I ask that these actions be completed as soon as possible and that I be notified once they are done.
