I have absolutely no connection to Steam—no account, no login history, no activity—and yet on May 19, 2025, between 08:23 and 08:25, two unauthorized charges were made to my bank account: one for $25.38 and another for $57.94, totaling ₺3,326.53.
I received no password request, no confirmation email, and no notification about these transactions. It’s outrageous that such large amounts can be withdrawn without any verification or my involvement. This is a serious breach of trust and security.
I am demanding the immediate return of the full amount that was withdrawn. If this is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with legal action alongside my attorney. I am prepared to take this matter to court if necessary.
Steam, I expect a full refund and a thorough explanation of how this happened. You must take full responsibility and ensure that unauthorized transactions like this never occur again.
