Unauthorized Steam Charges on My Credit Card - I Need a Full Refund
On November 13 and November 15, 2025, four unauthorized transactions were made from my credit card to steamgames.com. The amounts were $2.7 (November 13), and $25, $10, and $25 (November 15). I have no membership or account on this site, and I have never made such transactions before. My card was always with me, and it was neither lost nor stolen, but I believe my card information may have been compromised. I immediately contacted my bank and had the card canceled, but no solution was provided. I was also unable to reach steamgames.com. I did not receive any confirmation emails, messages, or transaction codes for these payments; I can only see them in my credit card transaction history. I request a full refund of all unauthorized charges and a resolution to my grievance.
